Do you prefer to come with your own tent or camper (van)? You can. During our retreats and workshops, you can stay at Simply Canvas Farm in your own spot in the greenery, under the shade of the trees. You’ll have the freedom of camping, while still enjoying the peace, atmosphere, and facilities of our retreat center in the Dordogne. Ideal if you love outdoor living, traveling light, and sleeping in your own familiar setup.

If you bring your own tent or van, we will provide a comfortable base: a quiet place to stay, close to the communal areas and with access to the facilities you need during your stay. During the day, you participate in the retreat or workshop program, and in between, you can retreat to your own space, exactly as you find comfortable.
You can make use of the general facilities on the grounds (such as sanitary facilities, the swimming pool, and the communal area). In our large, converted barn, you will find additional facilities such as Wi-Fi, and you can also make coffee and tea to take back to your own spot. Additionally, there is general refrigerator space and (basic) cooking facilities available.

Still unsure what suits you best? With your own tent or campervan, you enjoy wonderful freedom and simplicity, but sometimes it is nice to have just a little more comfort, warmth, or privacy, especially if you really want to unwind and relax after a full day of retreating.
