My Life Is My Message

A special documentary about Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s profound journey of peace and mindfulness, filmed at Plum Village monastery in France during an Israeli-Palestinian retreat in 2003.

In this documentary, you’ll see:
• Thich Nhat Hanh’s timeless teachings on mindful living
• His peace work with members of the U.S. Congress after 9/11
• The peace process between Palestinians and Israelis • A special moment with Sandra, filmed just before her ordination as a Buddhist nun (oh, how young I was back then?)

The Reunion

In 2016, the TV show “De Reunie” followed Sandra’s journey from a hectic business life to a life dedicated to spiritual growth and personal development, and then back to running her own business, Simply Canvas Farm.
